The Highlights: E! Bloggers Ball 2017

I know, I know, it’s been over a month since the E! Bloggers Ball happened. I was scrolling through my camera roll as usual when I realized that I haven’t reflected about it, so now, here it goes!

Never in my entire blogging life did I ever expect to get invited to something as prestigious as the E! Bloggers Ball. I was bored in Psychology class when I decided to open my phone and check my emails like I normally do, then there it goes. Next thing I know, I was in the midst of experiencing euphoria. An electronic invitation to the E! Bloggers Ball was right in front of me! After a few days, the actual invitation arrived at my doorstep. Voila! It had flashing lights; I already knew that I was in for something spectacular.

First thing I thought of was what to wear. I love dressing up for fancy events or just dressing up in general. I opted for a classic red gown and a pair of shiny pumps. Full OOTD here: Look Book: E! Bloggers Ball 2017

The ball happened at the Grand Ballroom of Nobu, City of Dreams Manila. I think the venue was perfect for the event.

We were treated with a performance by Clara Benin.

The menu for the ball was well planned. I personally loved the salmon sashimi and the chocolate cake with a flake of gold on top. The dinner was one of the highlights of the evening.

The ballroom was filled with bloggers, Youtubers, media personalities, and influencers from all over the Philippines. It is truly inspiring to be in a room with people who share the same passion as you.

Haley Dasovich

Haley is one of the people I look up to in the industry. She’s very bubbly and approachable despite her popularity. Her humility and passion for what she does is what made her succesful in her career; traits that she shares with her brother Wil.

Janina Vela Punzalan

Janina’s accomplished a lot of things for her age. She’s one of the fastest growing Youtubers in the country. Her speaking skills and confidence is what most of her subscribers look up to. (Not to mention her make up skills #OnPoint)

Stacey and Danah Gutierrez

Stacey and Danah’s advocacy for body positivity enabled them to be an inspiration to a lot of women. Their passion for woman empowerment led them into publishing a book called “The Big Fat Book of Self Love”. They’ve also conducted a whole lot of talks to further share their inspiring story.

Kyna Gem

It was really surreal to see my blog home page up on that screen.

Red carpet feels all throughout the night.

Thank you so much to E! Entertainment and Sir Ed Uy for this night!

Much Love,
